HOW TO SHOP
BROWSINGBrowse through our products by navigating using the different categories and drop-down menus that appear at the top of the page. Then once you have chosen an item, select the colour, size and quantity of the item you wish to order using the stock matrix that appears below the product title. When you are happy, click on the tick representing the item of your choice, an 'Add To Basket' button will then appear, click on this and your item will be added to your basket.
VIEW ORDERYour basket will now be displayed, please check that the correct items you wish to order have been added to your basket.
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, HOW DO I REDEEM IT?You will be prompted for a promotional code within the checkout page, simply enter the code and click apply. This will apply instantly.
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, WHY HASN'T THE OFFER APPLIED?Please check that the code you have entered is correct. If the code does not affect the total then it may be invalid, you can contact us to check on this. Please Note: Promotional codes cannot be used on the website during sale times.
I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE OF AN ITEM IN MY BASKET?If you wish to purchase more of the same item at this time, please type the number you wish to order in the quantity box, and then click update. Alternatively, if you wish to remove any items, click the 'remove item' link.
Once you are happy, please click the checkout button to complete your purchase. Once you have clicked checkout, you are still able to go back and edit your purchase if you wish.
CHECKOUTNext, on the checkout page you'll be able to enter your "Billing Address" and a seperate "Delivery Address" if needed. You'll also be asked to select the type of delivery you require for your order, your payment details and any promotion code you may have. A review of your order will show you the products that you are purchasing along with any discounts that have been applied, the delivery charge and the "Grand Total"
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT TO ORDER?You don't have to have an account with us to place an order. You can create an account when you first order if you want to and this will allow you to login and check the status of current and previous orders with us. You will also not have to re-enter your billing address and delivery details making the checkout process quicker when you place your next order with us.
If you are a previous customer of ours and have created an account prior to February 2013, then unfortunately you will have to re-create an account with us for any new orders that you place. It only takes a couple of minutes to create the account.
Once logged in please check that the delivery address is correct and click the "continue" button. If not, you can edit this address now using the "update address/add new address" buttons. Once you are happy with your address details, click the continue button.
CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS DETAILS WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE?You can change any of your details at any time using the "My Account" option in the top right hand corner of the page, then under "edit address details".
CAN MY PURCHASES BE DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS?Yes, however when entering credit/debit card details, please ensure that the "Billing Address" that you quote is the same as that held by your bank to avoid any delays in processing your order. You will be prompted to confirm a delivery address later through the checkout process.
PAYMENTConfirm the amount to pay and enter your payment information in the relevant boxes.
Please Note: None of these boxes should be left blank Once you are happy with the details you have entered, click "place order" in the bottom right hand corner.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONAn order confirmation will be sent via email to your registered email address.
You can print off this page via the print button at the bottom of the page, however, at Craghoppers we are committed to being carbon neutral, please do not print if you do not have to!
